CALL ORDER:

This section lists the individuals to be contacted in the event of an emergency. If the first person on the list does not answer, we will proceed to call the next person in order. This sequence will continue until someone is reached or we have exhausted the list.

Enhanced Call Verification (ECV):

ECV is a process used to reduce false alarms. Each contact marked as ECV "Yes" should know the passcode phrase (see below) for verification to prevent Public Safety units from responding to a false alarm. Contacts marked as ECV "No" will not be able to stop Public Safety units from responding; they will only be informed of the situation.

PASSCODE PHRASE

A passcode phrase is a combination of numeric or alphabetic characters used for verification purposes. This phrase is known only to authorized individuals (ECV "YES") and is used to confirm their identity and prevent false alarms.
