We can also program your system to automatically send a Power Failure signal to our Monitoring Center which will be recorded in your alarm history.

If nobody answers on the contact list, the monitoring center will determine something happened and will dispatch the police.

For Residential accounts, you will always be called first before the fire company is dispatched.

A monitored system uses sensors and control electronics at your home or business to automatically communicate alarm events to a central monitoring facility (Monitoring Center). The Monitoring Center automatically receives encoded information from your system which is recorded in our computer systems and analyzed by trained ambassadors who call police, fire, and medical authorities to respond to the situation.
An authorized individual on the account may call our Customer Care Center and provide the password to have the account put on test.

Yes, our monitoring center maintains its UL certification to show compliance with the current standards and to show its dedication to protecting those they monitor.
